Privacy Policy
For falconconsultinggroup.com · Last updated 22 August 2026
Falcon Consulting Group provides compliance and risk consulting services. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. If you follow a link to somewhere else, that site’s own policy applies.
Information you give us
You only give us information if you choose to fill something in. Here is exactly what each form asks for:
Through the search box on our articles page:
- the words you type into it
Our forms also carry a hidden field used to catch automated spam. It records nothing about you.
This website does not have a contact form. To reach us, use the phone number or email address published on the site.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-GK9NB4XEJ3) to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and records your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived. We see this as statistics. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
Like every website, our servers keep short-lived request logs containing your IP address, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Why we use it
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To keep the website working, fast and secure.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of companies to run this site. They only ever receive what they need to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
- DigitalOcean hosts the servers this website runs on, in the United States.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site to deliver it quickly and block malicious traffic. It processes your IP address and request details to do that.
- Google provides the analytics described above.
- SendGrid delivers the email that a form submission generates, so it reaches the person who answers enquiries.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and the messages you send us: kept while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.
- Server request logs: kept for up to 30 days.
- Analytics data: retained by Google for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Contact us and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Turn off analytics. Install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
- Send a Do Not Track signal. We honour it: when your browser sends one, we do not load analytics.
If you live in California, the EEA or the UK, you have specific rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion and, in some cases, portability. Ask us and we will act on your request. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising a right.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions travel encrypted and are delivered straight to the person who answers them. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum that lets us do our job, which is the most effective protection there is.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version is dated 22 August 2026.
How to reach us
For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold, reach Falcon Consulting Group by email at [email protected], by phone on +1 800 636 4870, or through the contact form on this site.
